I am delighted to welcome you to the Master Butler Collection website. As we begin this journey, we will not waiver in our commitment to provide exceptional hospitality by inspiring those who join us.
As we embrace the future in a rapidly changing world, great service will always be remembered for the way we make people feel. If we love what we do, and if we are passionate about making people feel better, we can inspire a whole new generation to deliver timeless service that is truly valued.
The Master Butler Collection want to inspire our members to pass on their own experience to the next generation, to pass the baton on. We encourage everyone to become future trainers who will share their Butler values, traditions and experiences.
I am therefore, delighted to accept the honorary role of President of the Master Butler Collection, an Association of Professional Butlers, Household Managers and Service Professionals, a place where everyone is welcome as long as they share our values to continually improve the lives of those we serve and to modernise our practices. The Master Butler Collection is committed to improving standards as we step into the future and to professionalise all we do.

In return, as an Association, we provide accreditation to those trainers who achieve the highest of standards.
Additionally, once we have trained your team, we welcome your feedback to ensure our standards never fall below your expectations.
