The Master Butler Collection want to inspire our members to pass on their own experience to the next generation, to pass the baton on. We encourage everyone to become future trainers who will share their Butler values, traditions and experiences.
I am therefore, delighted to accept the honorary role of President of the Master Butler Collection, an Association of Professional Butlers, Household Managers and Service Professionals, a place where everyone is welcome as long as they share our values to continually improve the lives of those we serve and to modernise our practices. The Master Butler Collection recognises Butler Trainers who demonstrate both distinguished operational experience and a proven record of excellence within the luxury service environment.
Recognition is neither automatic nor assumed. Each Trainer is required to operate in full alignment with a strict Code of Professional Conduct, consistently demonstrating excellence in delivery, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development.
Accreditation is conferred only upon those who meet, and continually uphold, the defined performance standards of The Master Butler Collection.
Client feedback is formally reviewed following every engagement, ensuring alignment with our benchmarks and reinforcing a culture of accountability, refinement, and continuous excellence.
