Representation is selective.
We do not register candidates in volume, and we do not circulate profiles indiscriminately. Each professional we represent reflects the standards of the Office.

We represent professionals selectively, based on alignment with the level of appointments we manage.
If your experience meets this standard, we will confirm representation and maintain an ongoing dialogue regarding suitable opportunities.
If your experience does not yet align, we will explain this clearly and respectfully. In most cases, this relates to depth of exposure within private estates or ultra-luxury environments.
We encourage professionals to return when their experience has developed. Many do, and later secure exceptional appointments.
Where no immediate opportunity exists, profiles may be retained for future consideration. Timing and alignment are critical.
We prioritise long-term professional relationships over short-term placements.
